Payment Terms
How do I pay for my personal training sessions?

Sessions must be paid for in advance. Payments can be made either through DropGym support or via your personal trainer using a card subscription.

Expiry Dates
When do my personal training sessions expire?

- 10-pack sessions: These expire after 12 months from the date of purchase.

- Personal training membership sessions: These do not expire as long as your membership is active. If you cancel your membership, any remaining sessions will expire immediately.

Cancellation & Pause Terms
How do I cancel my personal training membership?

A 30-day notice is required to cancel at any time. Simply email your cancellation request to hello@dropgym.io, and the DropGym team will take care of the rest.

Can I pause my personal training membership?

Yes, you can pause your membership for up to two calendar months per year. To request a pause, email hello@dropgym.io. During the pause, no charges will apply, and your sessions will be on hold until you're ready to resume.

What happens if I need to cancel a personal training session?

If you cancel a booked session with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend, the session will be marked as redeemed and you will lose it.

What if I’m late for my session?

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened accordingly.

What if my personal trainer is on holiday or leaves the gym?

If your personal trainer is unavailable due to holiday, absence, or if they leave the gym, the Club Manager will assign you a new suitable personal trainer. Refunds are not available in this situation.

Can I get a refund for unused personal training sessions if I cancel my membership?

No, refunds are not provided for unused sessions if you cancel your membership or if your membership is terminated due to unpaid arrears.

Our memberships are month-to-month with no contracts or commitments. We offer flexible terms, with incentives for longer commitments

Can I use multiple DropGym locations with a single membership?

Tier 1 memberships have access to the entire DropGym network by default. All other memberships can only be used at your home location.

Do I need a personal trainer to train at DropGym?

No, alongside our personal training options, we offer a limited number of club access gym memberships for those who prefer to train independently.

Is it difficult to book gym sessions?

No, booking is easy with the DropGym app. You can book anywhere from 2 weeks to just 1 minute before your session. We cap membership numbers to ensure a consistently amazing experience.
