Delete ACcount

• If you still have the app — Open the DropGym app, go to the You tab, and tap Delete account. Your account and data are deleted immediately. If you have upcoming bookings, cancel them first.
• If you've uninstalled the app — Email hello@dropgym.io from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete your account and confirm by reply.
• What gets deleted — Your app login, booking history in the app, guest passes, and all data the app holds about you.
• What is retained — Your gym membership record is managed separately in our membership system and is not affected by deleting your app account. To cancel your membership, contact the gym. See our privacy policy for details on data retention.
